Letisha Marie Singleton, affectionately known as Tisha, left this world on June 10, 2026, in Tunnel Hill, Georgia. Born on April 10, 1958, in Newnan, Georgia, she lived a life full of warmth, kindness, and an unwavering spirit that brightened the lives of all who knew her.

Tisha was a woman whose heart was as vast as the skies she so loved to watch. There was no joy greater to her than sitting on the porch, a good breeze in the air, a steaming cup of coffee in hand, and the simple pleasure of watching birds dance in nature’s embrace. Her love for life’s little adventures extended beyond the porch, as she cherished traveling to new places, savoring good meals, and exploring the great outdoors. Whether tending to her garden, playing with her grandchildren and great-nieces and nephews, or engaging in her beloved hobbies of sewing, crafting, coloring, and fixing tiny things, Letisha brought a joyful energy to everything she did.

Outgoing by nature, Letisha never knew a stranger. Her radiant spirit and genuine warmth made her a beloved friend and family member alike. She loved her family, friends, and the Lord with a devotion that was both powerful and tender. Such was her giving nature that those who were lucky enough to cross her path knew they had encountered one of the most generous souls the earth has ever known.

Letisha’s proudest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren—her true legacy. She took immense pride in their successes and often reflected on the value of persistence, frequently reminding those she loved that “you had to do tiny steps to make the mountain happen.” This wisdom guided not only her family but all who heard it, a testament to her strength and vision.

She is lovingly survived by her children Donna Griffin and her husband Shawn, James Baker Jr. and his wife Angela, and Elizabeth Baker; her cherished grandchildren Chylo, Coleson, Devedia, Payton, Angelina, Ferrari, JT, Brittany, and Dawson; her sister Ramona Long; as well as nieces and nephews January and Jason Da Vila, April and Blake McDowell, Beth and Christopher McCormick, and a host of great-nieces and nephews and extended family who all held a special place in her heart.

Tisha was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest and Betty Allred; her devoted husband, Wayne Singleton; and her grandson, Demetrious Bowers. The loss is profound, yet her spirit endures in the hearts of those who loved her.

Letisha Marie Singleton’s life was a tapestry woven with love, laughter, faith, and generosity. She was a beacon of light whose memory will continue to inspire and comfort all who were blessed to know her.
